Is Nexus Mod Manager meant to be so maybe it's a connection to the servers thing, but i'm getting a 109kb/s / 1024kb, so it's taking forever to download mods for Fallouts and at least now they are (It seems as if I used to get faster speeds on premium at the time they had less servers).
